Questions walkers ask
Do my clients need an account?
No. They get a link by email, WhatsApp or text. They open it, tap Accept or Pay, and that's it.
How do card payments work?
Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and the money is paid into your bank account. Stripe takes its standard card fee from each payment. Bark & Bill doesn't take a cut.
Can clients still pay cash or by bank transfer?
Yes. Add your bank details in Settings and they're printed on every invoice. Mark an invoice as paid when the money arrives.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll be asked to subscribe for £15 a month. If you don't, your account is paused, not deleted, so nothing is lost if you come back.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What's the founding member price?
The first 20 walkers to subscribe pay £10 a month instead of £15, for life. It doesn't go up, and you keep it even if you cancel and come back.
Can I invite another walker?
Yes. Share your invite link from Settings. Their first paid month is free, and once they've made their first payment, your next month is free too.
